I am no longer looking for work?

Congratulations! You can delete or set your profile to private at any time. To delete your profile sign into the site, click the login bar to open the drop-down menu. Click My Account and scroll down to Delete My Profile". To make your profile private click My Account, scroll down to Visibility and Privacy and select "Make Profile Private".

I dont know if this is the right platform for me?

For Job Seekers it is free to join, and you are welcome to stay for as long as you would like for free and you can cancel at any time. For Employers there are no lock in contracts and you are able to cancel your plan at any time so you can trial the platform and see if it is a good fit.

How do I cancel my paid subscriptions?

When signed into the site, click the login bar to open the drop-down menu. Click- "My Subscriptions", and select Cancel Subscription. 

This will cancel your plan. If it shows Pending Cancellation- this means you are still within the free trial period or within a payment period and are able to continue using the site until this time has expired.

I'm not comfortable sharing my profile or being in the Chat

Only fill out what you are comfortable sharing but remember, to have the best traction and likelihood of securing your next role its best to be visible to employers. 

To make your profile private sign into the site, click the login bar to open the drop-down menu. Click My Account and scroll down to Visibility and Privacy and select "Make Profile Private".

I don't know what to say in my intro video

Our video profiles are what sets TYFU and you apart! They are a great way to show employers who you are and get the recruitment process moving faster. We have a page dedicated to helping you with this. Think about what you are going to say, present yourself how you would like to be seen but don't overthink it. What should I include in my job post?

What you need from your next hire will dictate what you should post. A few key points are:

  • Role

  • Location

  • Hours/Days

  • Preferred Contact Method

  • A knock-out question for the job seeker to submit a video or written response to. This will allow you to quickly and effectively move only qualified applicants forward in the hiring process.

Can I save my documents in my profile?

Within your member profile, you have a  file management system. You can easily save your resumes, CVs, video files, and work portfolios in one location. When you're ready to share these with potential employers, simply share the links to your documents.

Where do I find my saved files?

To access your saved files, navigate to the "My Saved Files" tab in your profile, where you can review and manage your uploaded content. Need to add new materials or update existing ones? Head to the "File Upload" tab, where you can upload fresh documents or replace outdated versions. This ensures that your professional materials are always up-to-date and readily available for sharing with prospective employers.
